Description

Feminax Ultra contains the active ingredient Naproxen, an anti-inflammatory, which is used to treat period pain (dysmenorrhoea). Feminax Ultra tablets provide long lasting relief for up to 8 hours and work directly at the site of the pain, relieving painful muscle cramps in the tummy and those that can sometimes spread to the back and thighs. Feminax Ultra can be purchased without a prescription and is suitable for women between the ages of 15-50 years old. The tablets are gastro-resistant meaning they are less likely to irritate your stomach. It is advised to start taking Feminax Ultra on the very first day of your period when period pain is anticipated.

Periods are caused by your body getting rid of the lining that builds up on the wall of your womb each month. Period pain occurs when the muscular wall of the womb contracts more vigorously to encourage the womb lining to fall away as part of your monthly cycle.
