- Can I find out more about you?
Chemist.co.uk is owned and operated by Frontline Healthcare Ltd which operates from registered pharmacy premises located at:
603 Market Street
Our Superintendent Pharmacist is company director Antony John Nuttall, Registration Number: GPhC 2024265
Our pharmacy business has been trading for over 75 years and is now operated by third generation family. Although we serve our local community through our pharmacy premises in Whitworth, Lancs, in 2014 we set up our multi-channel business and we have a presence on most major online platforms as well our own chemist.co.uk website.
With all our combined experience, we are able to offer the best advice and the best products to our customers worldwide. Our business only sources products from major UK pharmaceutical distributors to ensure the highest quality, safety and standards. Our business is regulated by the General Pharmacy Council and was co-founded by our current superintendent pharmacist.
Online shopping for Health & Beauty products has grown enormously in the last few years and our customers appreciate the discretion and convenience of shopping directly with us. We understand it's not always convenient to pop to your local Chemist and no one wants to discuss possible embarrassing conditions in a busy shop. We continue to develop our range of products based on our customers requirements and our team look forward to providing you with the highest levels of customer service.
- What are your delivery charges?
Standard delivery is £3.79.
We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days to the shipping address provided by you in your order if the shipping address is in the UK. For orders being delivered outside mainland UK, this will be longer and we cannot give a guaranteed delivery time due to the differences between carriers. Delivery timescales are estimates only. If you do not receive your order within 14 days of us confirming your order has been sent you must notify us and we will investigate the non-delivery provided. Orders from outside the UK have varied delivery charges, depending on the particular country.
Please note that in some instances you may be required to answer product related questions from our Pharmacist as part of the checkout process. Failiure to answer these will cause delays. Please allow extra time for Pharmacy approved products.
Delivery charges for orders outside the UK will vary.
Express UK Delivery
Express UK delivery is £7.99
Please note that Express delivery is only available on orders placed before 1pm (GMT) Monday to Friday in the UK. After 1pm we cannot guarantee express delivery, even if it has been selected. Please note that this is not a guaranteed next day service, but is an expedited delivery option. Products which need to be approved by a pharmacist are not suitable for express delivery.
For full details on delivery, please visit our deliveries and returns page.
- How do I return an item?
We understand that there may be occasions when the items are damaged in transit or you no longer require the product. If this is the case then you can return any unwanted items to us within 14 days for a refund or replacement as long as the product is unused and returned in the original packaging sealed and complete. Please note that products of a medicinal, cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned due to reasons of safety and hygiene. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.
In the event of a refund, please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
